How does an installation work?
When a technical installation is scheduled, our Sales Administration department first contacts you to define, in coordination with our application engineer, a date that allows us to reconcile the delivery and commissioning of the equipment. We take care to adapt to your needs, your availability and the specific constraints of your establishment.
The application engineer, on the day of installation, proceeds with commissioning and provides you with detailed training to enable you to get up to speed quickly.

What should I do if I have questions about using the device?
If you have the slightest doubt about how to use your product, we have a comprehensive selection of instructions, how-to guides and explanatory videos available on our Resources [CTA] page. You’ll quickly find detailed answers. And because there’s no substitute for face-to-face discussion, our sales and customer service teams are always available to answer your questions and provide you with personalized support.

How do I ensure continuity of service if I have a problem with my equipment?
In the event of a problem with your equipment, our technical team will initially intervene remotely to identify and, if possible, quickly resolve the incident. If an intervention proves necessary, we offer you a service continuity rental contract. Under this arrangement, loan equipment is sent to you by express courier, and remains at your disposal for the duration of the repair. We collect the rental equipment only after you have received your repaired equipment, to ensure uninterrupted service continuity for your business.
How do you guarantee product maintenance and follow-up?
All our devices come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. In addition, we offer preventive maintenance services to preserve the performance and longevity of your products. You also benefit from regular follow-up by our sales teams, as well as the availability of our customer service team, always on hand to respond quickly to your needs.
